one quick question though...once you click on the picture what do you click to download the picture?

well what i would do is copy and paste it onto your desktop and then click on the profile button and go to the avatar button then next to the "Upload an Avatar from your computer" part browse and pick your picture....lol i have no idea if that makes any sense, but i hope it helps
